1. Platform Scope and Role

PricePe.in is an independent digital consumer research and price intelligence platform designed for shoppers in India. We leverage automated data analysis, public technical hardware records, and calibrated AI evaluation engines to generate objective buying insights exclusively for consumer electronics and technology products.

PricePe operates as an independent publisher and comparison platform. We maintain no proprietary ownership, sponsorship, or direct commercial endorsement by Amazon India, Flipkart, Croma, Reliance Digital, or any hardware manufacturer whose catalog items appear on our platform.

2. User Accounts, Watchlists, and Authentication

Account Registration: You may access public price comparisons without registration. To save tracked electronics, establish target price-drop thresholds, or sync devices, you must authenticate via supported third-party identity providers (such as Google Authentication via Better Auth).

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining control over the devices and credentials used to access your account. PricePe does not store or process user passwords directly.

Watchlist Quotas & Abuse: Authenticated users may monitor up to 50 active product items on their personal watchlist simultaneously. Automated scraping of our authenticated interfaces, exploitation of our API endpoints, or attempts to circumvent user tracking limits will result in immediate account termination.

3. Informational Nature of AI Evaluations & Disclaimer of Warranties

All scores, ratings (including the "AsliScore"), buying verdicts ("BUY", "WAIT", "AVOID"), pros and cons, regret analyses, and hardware summaries displayed on PricePe are programmatically generated and synthesized using artificial intelligence (such as Google Gemini) strictly for informational and educational research purposes.

No Financial or Purchasing Advice: Product evaluations reflect objective hardware-to-price ratios and public technical specifications at the time of calculation. They do not constitute personalized financial advice, warranty guarantees, or endorsements of commercial merchantability.

Independent Specification Verification: Hardware specifications, packaging contents, bundled accessories, and manufacturer warranties are subject to change without notice. Users are required to verify exact technical configurations and return policies directly on the merchant's destination listing prior to finalizing any transaction.

4. Pricing Estimates, Caching, and Retailer Discrepancies

Pricing and stock availability records shown on PricePe are collected from publicly accessible online storefronts and official developer interfaces (including the Amazon Creators API, Flipkart, Croma, and Reliance Digital).

Cached Data & Lazy Loading: To optimize speed and minimize system load, pricing data operates on an automated lazy-loading cache cycle (up to 24 hours for retail merchants; up to 1 hour for Amazon India). Displayed figures may occasionally reflect cached values.

Advertised Offers vs. Final Invoice Costs: Final checkout amounts on merchant platforms may diverge from displayed estimates due to localized pincode availability, third-party seller variations, instant bank card promotions, limited-time digital coupons, logistics surcharges, or applicable taxes.

No Price Matching Liability: PricePe does not sell physical inventory and carries no legal or financial liability for price discrepancies between our comparison tables and the checkout total on a merchant's portal.

5. Multi-Store Affiliate Monetization Disclosure

PricePe participates in legitimate e-commerce affiliate marketing programs to fund platform infrastructure, proxy networks, and computational evaluation costs:

Affiliate Attribution: When you click outbound store buttons (such as "Buy on Amazon", "Buy on Flipkart", "Buy on Croma", or "Buy on Reliance Digital"), our platform generates tracking URLs via the Amazon Associates Programme and the Cuelinks affiliate network, or launches verified retailer mobile app intents.

Pricing Neutrality: You pay the identical retail price as a direct visitor. Affiliate commissions never increase the purchase price for the user.

Editorial Independence: Affiliate commercial arrangements exert zero influence over our algorithmic scores, buying verdicts, or multi-store comparison rankings. Retailers and manufacturers cannot pay to modify an AsliScore, suppress negative trade-offs, or artificially boost a product ranking.

6. Mobile Push Notifications and Alert Limitations

On-Device Push Notifications: Automated price-drop alerts are delivered exclusively via on-device mobile push notifications (routed through the Expo Push Notification gateway) to devices that have granted explicit notification permissions. We do not dispatch promotional newsletters or marketing email blasts.

Amazon Exclusion Policy: In strict compliance with Section 4 of the Amazon Associates Operating Agreement, PricePe does not track historical pricing, display historical price trend charts, or dispatch automated price-drop notifications for Amazon India listings. Price tracking alerts and price history sparklines apply exclusively to Flipkart, Croma, and Reliance Digital.

No Guarantee of Delivery or Stock: Price notifications are provided as an unmetered convenience feature. PricePe does not warrant notification delivery speed, network carrier latency, instant price matching, or stock stability at the merchant store. You may disable tracking or revoke notifications at any time directly within your account watchlist or mobile device operating system settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

PricePe provides aggregate analytical tools to assist your consumer purchasing research. The ultimate decision to purchase any product rests entirely with you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PricePe, its operators, affiliates, and developers accept no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, financial losses, or user dissatisfaction arising from:

Purchasing decisions made after reviewing content or AI scores on PricePe.

Transactional failures, defective products, shipment delays, or warranty disputes encountered with third-party merchant platforms.

Temporary platform downtime, scraper synchronization latency, or technical interruptions in push notification delivery.

8. Intellectual Property and Nominative Fair Use

Proprietary Assets: The PricePe name, brand identity, logo, UI/UX designs, custom SVG charting layouts, and original AI scoring software architectures are the intellectual property of PricePe.

Nominative Fair Use: Third-party corporate names, brand marks, device model numbers, hardware specifications, and retailer logos (including Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, and Reliance Digital) are the property of their respective trademark holders. They are utilized on PricePe strictly under the doctrine of nominative fair use to describe and identify compatible consumer electronics and verified merchant sources.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or related to your use of PricePe.in shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms of Use at our discretion. Any structural modifications will take effect immediately upon updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of our website or mobile application following such updates constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.
