Buyers looking for an affordable, straightforward indoor monitoring camera will find great value here. You might only regret it if you mistakenly try to install it outdoors or expect butter-smooth high frame rate video.

Buy it if

If you are a working parent looking for an affordable way to keep an eye on kids or pets at home, this 2K camera is a solid pick at ₹2,639. You get sharp video quality and handy mobile alerts. Just keep in mind that you will need a steady Wi-Fi connection and a memory card to save recordings without a paid cloud plan. If you are a first-time home renter wanting basic indoor security without spending a fortune, this model offers complete 360-degree room coverage for under ₹3,000. It works smoothly with Android and iOS apps, plus Google Assistant and Alexa. Be prepared for occasional choppy footage since it records at 15 frames per second.

Skip it if

If you need an outdoor security camera to monitor your balcony or front gate, you should skip this indoor-only model. It runs on AC power and lacks weatherproofing to handle rain and dust. Look for a dedicated weatherproof outdoor security camera instead of trying to place this one outside. If you want completely local recording without inserting a memory card or paying for cloud storage, this device might frustrate you. While it supports memory cards, relying entirely on continuous cloud backup will add ongoing monthly costs. Look for cameras that offer large local storage options or bundled free local features.
