Casual users who only need a phone for social media might regret spending ₹84,999 on heavy gaming hardware and massive batteries they do not fully use.

Should you buy this?

Buy it if: If you are a mobile gamer or power user looking for top-tier performance, the ₹84,999 price tag delivers serious muscle. You get the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, a super smooth 165Hz display, and a massive 7300mAh battery that lasts long. However, keep in mind that the phone is quite heavy and expensive for standard daily tasks. If you love mobile photography and videography, this phone stands out with Android's first 4K 120 FPS Dolby Vision video recording. At ₹84,999, it gives you pro-level capture tools and solid durability with multiple IP ratings. Just remember that storing all those heavy 4K videos will quickly fill up your 256GB storage space over time.
Skip it if: If you are looking for a budget-friendly daily phone for basic calling, messaging, and casual browsing, spending ₹84,999 on the OnePlus 15 is total overkill. You would be paying for extreme gaming hardware and advanced AI tools you do not need. Look for a mid-range smartphone under ₹30,000 instead. If you prefer compact and lightweight phones that easily fit into tight pockets, you should skip this model. The massive 7300mAh battery and heavy-duty build add considerable bulk to the device. Consider a slimmer flagship alternative with a smaller battery if pocket comfort is your main priority.

How this rating was made

The score comes from one evaluation of the Flipkart specification table against today's cash price, calibrated so most consumer electronics land between 65 and 88. Affiliate partnerships never change a score, and no brand pays for placement. Where the store withholds a specification, the model is told to treat it as unknown rather than assume a good value.
