Score breakdown

Value for Money: 70
Print Speed & Handling: 80
Connectivity & Features: 65

Buyers who assume this printer has Wi-Fi connectivity for phones and laptops will regret purchasing it once they realize it only supports a wired USB 2.0 connection.

Should you buy this?

Buy it if: If you are a small office owner looking for a reliable daily workhorse at ₹18,999, the auto-duplex feature and fast 30 ppm print speed will easily handle your heavy document loads. You will love the large 250-sheet input tray, but keep in mind that you must connect via USB cable since wireless printing is not supported here. If you run a home-based business where network sharing is not required, this machine offers sharp print quality and hassle-free refills using the 181A toner cartridge. The solid paper handling is great, though you should carefully budget for ongoing toner replacements alongside the upfront cash price before finalizing your purchase.
Skip it if: If you are looking for a wireless printer to connect your smartphones, tablets, and multiple laptops over Wi-Fi, you should skip this model. It only offers a wired USB 2.0 connection for ₹18,999, which limits modern multi-user office setups. Look for a network-enabled laser printer with Wi-Fi and Ethernet features instead. If you are a student or casual home user who only prints a few pages a month, paying ₹18,999 for a heavy-duty 30 ppm office printer with large paper trays is overkill. You will get better value from a cheaper ink tank or basic inkjet printer that also handles color printing easily.

How this rating was made

The score comes from one evaluation of the Flipkart specification table against today's cash price, calibrated so most consumer electronics land between 65 and 88. Affiliate partnerships never change a score, and no brand pays for placement. Where the store withholds a specification, the model is told to treat it as unknown rather than assume a good value.
