Buyers might regret this purchase if local Faber technicians are hard to reach in their area or if they fail to budget for paid service visits after the first year.

Should you buy this?

Buy it if: If you are a budget-conscious family needing a large capacity water purifier, this 10L unit at ₹9,109 offers solid features like RO, UV, and alkaline filters. It handles everyday municipal or borewell water safely. However, keep in mind that technician visits outside the first year warranty will cost you extra money. If you want advanced filtration stages including copper guard and pH enhancement without spending a fortune, this model covers all bases. At roughly nine thousand rupees, it is competitively priced. Just remember that the filter life is capped at 5400 litres, so budget for replacement cartridges down the line.
Skip it if: If you live in an area with extremely high TDS above 2500 ppm or heavy tanker water impurities, this RO membrane may struggle over time. You should skip this and look for heavy-duty industrial-grade purifiers designed explicitly for very harsh water conditions, paired with robust local brand support. If you want completely hassle-free maintenance with free annual service visits included, you should skip Faber. Their warranty explicitly states that technician visits are chargeable, which can add to your long-term ownership costs. Look for brands offering comprehensive extended maintenance packages instead.

How this rating was made

The score comes from one evaluation of the Flipkart specification table against today's cash price, calibrated so most consumer electronics land between 65 and 88. Affiliate partnerships never change a score, and no brand pays for placement. Where the store withholds a specification, the model is told to treat it as unknown rather than assume a good value.
