Buyers with rooms larger than 100 square feet will regret purchasing this 1-ton unit because it lacks the cooling power needed for bigger spaces. Additionally, heavy users might regret picking a 3-star model when electricity bills pile up.

Buy it if

If you are looking for a reliable cooling unit for a small guest bedroom measuring under 100 sq ft, this ₹38,690 Daikin split AC works nicely. It runs quietly at 27 dB and includes a PM2.5 filter. However, you must compromise on higher electricity bills since this is only a 3-star energy-rated appliance. If you live in an area with extreme summer temperatures and need an AC that handles up to 52°C ambient operation, this model is quite capable. At ₹38,690, it delivers dependable cooling. Just keep in mind that the cooling capacity is limited to 1 ton, so it will struggle if your room space exceeds 100 square feet.

Skip it if

If you run your air conditioner for long hours every single day, you should skip this 3-star model priced at ₹38,690. The lower energy efficiency will lead to heavy monthly electricity bills over time. Instead, you should spend a bit more upfront to buy a 5-star inverter AC that will save you money on power in the long run. If your room size is larger than 100 sq ft, you must skip this 1-ton AC despite its nice features like the PM2.5 filter and triple display. At ₹38,690, a 1-ton unit will fail to cool a larger space properly, leaving you sweating on hot days. Look for a 1.5-ton alternative designed for bigger rooms instead.
