Buyers with large families might regret the small 6-litre storage capacity, while tech-focused users will miss automation features like auto-shut off.

Buy it if

If you are living in a small nuclear family or renting a flat, this ₹6,499 purifier fits tight budgets well. It handles borewell or tanker water with a TDS above 200 using its 6-stage filtration and mineral cartridge. You do get a pre-filter included in the box, but you must compromise on a smaller 6-litre tank capacity that fills up slower during heavy usage. If you want a reliable brand name without spending a fortune on high-end models, this basic Aquaguard unit delivers standard RO protection. At this cash price, it covers essential water safety needs with smart LED alerts for filter changes and power. However, keep in mind that it lacks modern conveniences like auto-shut off and a child lock feature for safety.

Skip it if

If you have a large family of five or more people, skip this 6-litre purifier because it simply will not keep up with your daily drinking water demands. The 15 litres per hour filtration capacity sounds okay, but the small storage tank means frequent empty cycles. Look instead for higher capacity wall-mount purifiers with 8 litres or more storage. If you expect modern automation like auto-start, auto-shut off, or a hot water dispenser, you should look elsewhere. This budget model keeps things very basic with simple LED indicators for errors and power. Spending a bit more on a feature-rich model will save you from manually managing tank refills and power controls.
