Buyers who rarely use the 45°C and 80°C hot water modes may feel they paid extra for a feature they do not need, especially given the high ₹18,999 cash price.

Buy it if

If you are a family with young children needing warm drinking water instantly, this ₹18,999 purifier makes daily routines much simpler. You get convenient temperature modes ranging from ambient to 45°C and 80°C with child lock protection, plus a large 10-litre storage tank. However, you must be prepared to pay a higher initial price and manage electricity costs for the heating feature. If you want advanced multi-stage water purification that handles borewell, municipal, or tanker supplies effortlessly, the AO Smith Z9 Pro is a solid choice. At ₹18,999, it combines RO, SCMT, and copper alkaline filters to deliver safe water. The catch is that replacement filters will add to your long-term maintenance budget compared to basic entry-level models.

Skip it if

If you are living on a tight budget and only need basic drinking water purification, you should skip this ₹18,999 machine. Paying extra for instant heating and multi-stage copper alkaline filters does not make sense if you rarely use warm water. Look for standard, reliable RO water purifiers priced under ₹12,000 instead to save money. If you prefer a low-maintenance appliance with minimal electricity consumption, pass on this model. The built-in instant heating mechanism draws extra power and adds complexity that you might not need. Stick to traditional gravity filters or basic non-heating RO purifiers that cost less to buy and run daily.
