Buyers expecting true 120Hz high-end gaming performance or long-term snappy software response from the 2GB RAM might feel let down over time.

Buy it if

If you are a movie lover looking for a large 55-inch QLED screen with punchy colors and loud audio on a strict budget, this ₹37,499 Acer TV makes a lot of sense. You get Dolby Atmos and Google TV features right out of the box. Just keep in mind that the 2GB RAM is basic, so heavy multitasking might feel a bit slow after a while. If you want an upgrade for your family living room that handles daily streaming, DTH viewing, and casual YouTube watching well, this model fits nicely. At this price point, the combination of a sharp 4K resolution and high-output speakers gives you great value. However, do not expect premium local dimming or true high-end black levels like expensive OLED screens offer.

Skip it if

If you are a serious console gamer wanting true 120Hz motion handling for fast-paced titles, you should skip this TV. While it mentions 120Hz VRR compatibility, the native panel refresh rate is 60Hz. Look for a dedicated gaming monitor or a higher-end TV model with a true 120Hz panel instead of settling for this budget QLED. If you live in a smaller town with unreliable local service support for Acer home electronics, buying this might be risky if something goes wrong. Televisions of this size are difficult to service locally, so you are better off sticking to brands with widespread and reliable service networks in your specific region.
